i put my truck up on stands today to prepare for a suspension lift.i put it to a height of 2'8" to the bottom of the door. how high are your trucks ? i think i could go higher cause at this height i have 6" clearance under the wheels. i am going to buy some longer coils but am trying to figure out what length spring i need.
the back should be pretty straight forward a few shackles some blocking and longer u-bolts .
i would like to upload some pics but dont how. transforming a beater into a beast{i hope lol}
does that legal issue differ from state to state ? i live in mississippi and they are pretty liberal here.mine is setting at 32 too.what size lift kit do you have on it? i jacked it up to 32" and blocked the frame,today i cut the suspension loose letting the wheels down to the ground. now i am trying to fiqure what size coils to get, i will build all the drop down brackets i need
It does vary from state to state, somtimes its a maximum headlight height, or a minimum bumper height, or an overall lift. check my gallery........yea, mines illegal in Oregon, but I've never been cited
