Kamakazie Bug

I live here in Georgia, and I am in the process of moving across town, so doors get left open alot. Apparently, some bugs got in, one of which is about 1/2 an inch long and is black with two narrow orange pin stripes on each wing going from left to right. Every couple of minutes, the little guy comes flying full speed into my moniter. I don't kill him because its funny. So my question is "Have any of you ever had a funny experience with a bug?"

I thought watching John Candy deal with "BUG" on Uncle Buck was pretty funny.

Not a bug but everyyear for the last couple of years we have had a Cardinal that flies into our front window 2 or 3 times a day. We have tried everything to stop it but nothing works. He has now become a welcome family member who just can't figure out what glass is.

That bug is a firefly isn't it?

My dog used to eat anything that moved including slugs and bees. One day I looked out and saw him acting crazy jumping up and down, hanging his head, then pawing the ground. Turn out he was jumping up, snapping the bees, gagging them out, and then stomping on them to kill them. Got to love Malamutes.

Kamakazie Bug

I have twice in California and in Kansas hit a bug that broke purple. I still can not figure out what it was. Just was really weird.

When I saw this thread, I thought it might be about the VW bug. Sadly, they are stopping production (in Mexico) of those great little cars. I have owned four of them and they gave me great service. The second one I bought new for $1200.
