radiator support help

Can anyone offer advice on replacing a radiator support on a 1996 f250. If it matters, I have a 7.5 ltr with E4od trans and A/C. I believe it is a bolt on so no welding. What are the concerns? Do I need to remove fenders? Should align properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get a new one, sand, prime, paint then install.

No need to remove the fenders, or drain a/c.
I would drain coolant and radiator, then remove radiator.
I would also get all new hardware and body bushings for the rad support.

It is about a 4 hour job

Do just as Brad described, it's a simple procedure, just follow his steps, but it will take some time to be done right. Any paint/primer and methods you would recommend Brad?.

That is the way I go about them. ESPECIALLY with the diesel ones since they are no longer available
