Need more info about your truck. Engine, year, etc.

Low Idle....
I'd suggest cleaning the idle air control valve located on the throttle body. These can become dirty causing idle problems.

Low Idle....
You also might like to try cleaning the throttle body itself, especialy at the air flap. I hope you know that the idle is controlled by several computer related parts? There is a manual adjustment which I do not recommend you touch unless someone else has and set it too low.
