V6 into a 1961 Econoline

Hey guys, we have a customer who is wanting us to take a 3.8L V6 out of a 1989 Thunderbird and install it in his 1961 Econoline truck. The customer seems to think this will not be a huge under taking, but I'm not so sure. Does anyone have any experience doing this or advice that may help? Thanks in advance.

Ah yes, the 3.8L miracle V6.

If the timing cover didn't rot out before 40,000 miles, if the head gaskets didn't blow before 50,000 miles, it was a miracle!

The valve cover gaskets seeped oil from day one, FoMoCo was never able to solve this problem.
