getting ready to put a set of Ford style cab lights on a 96 f250. I know fords spaced them even, but does anyone know exactly how far apart they should be?
Another style (one that i want to put on my truck) is as follows. Mount one on center of the cab. Put two nine inches from the center one. Then the last two go 6 inches from the sides of the cab. It would like like this :
X-------X X X--------X

X- lights
__-top of cab
Hope this helps you.

Just curious where you got the cab lights.. I have an '89 F150 and have only been able to find some Pacers at JC Whitneys (there are 2 styles). Can't find OEM's.
Ford used even spacing in the late eighties, then changed the style of the lenses and spacing early ninety's. I am not sure of excact years. The original sales brochure for my "89 shows even spacing (both left/right and fore/aft).
So I guess it depends on whether you are looking for the original look or not...
