Vacuum Lines

1990 E-150, 5.8L, EFI, TFI, EEC-IV

A work in progress... I have a code reader, check engine light is not illuminated. Codes 22, 42. Discovered Canister Solenoid Purge Valve tucked away with no vacuum lines connected. MAP vacuum line is connected to port on Throttle Body opposite side of TPS. There is another port above this connection which is capped. I am not sure why this is capped, or if MAP is connected to the correct vacuum fitting.

As for the CPSV, I know the inlet connection comes from the vapor canister. Where exactly does the outlet vacuum line attach on the intake manifold.

Appreciate any assistance from the technical guys, and gals can offer.
