I have a 1960 F100. I got in my truck this morning to take it down to the muffler shop and when I pushed the clutch in the only pressure I felt was the pressure of the return spring. I checked for fluid in the master and it was empty. I didn't see any signs of a leak anywhere. I filled the master and still nothing. So is the Master or slave cylinder the problem. I don't want to order an 80 dollar part and find out that wasn't the problem.
I don't think I can. It has been tightened for such a long time the bottom of the plug is bulged so getting the plug out will be a difficult task. Also why would it make a difference as long as I get the fluid in the reservoir?
