Help with VIN Plate
I have a 1965 F100 4x4 that I am refurbishing.
I have decoded everything on the VIN except for the GTYPP under Max GVW. Can anyone help me with what this means?

Never seen anything like this stamped on the Warranty Plate. 1965 F100 4WD should have 05600 or 5600 stamped below MAX G.V.W. LBS.
What is the DSO code?

Picture too blurry to make out what the two number are.
These two numbers (see parts catalog pic: DISTRICT CODES) decode to the
specific Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.

Thanks Number Dummy! I did not think there was a DSO code on it. I will look more carefully. Were these codes etched on instead of stamped?

The DSO code is
there, it's stamped to the left of where it belongs.
The 1st number (to my 68 year old eyes
) appears to be a
5 , but I cannot make out the 2nd number, as pic is too blurry.
This is why I posted the parts catalog page, so you could pick out the correct 2 numbers.

By the way, the DSO looks to be a 55 if I am looking at it right.
