I haven't had any luck finding a thread related to this issue. The power liftgate will not latch it sounds like its going to then it kicks back open. I have turned the power off and have been using it manually and while driving it will occasionally flash on and off the liftgate ajar message. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I had a something like that happen to my 06 navi. turned out it was the switch in the tailgate latch. of course its non serviceable and i had to replace the entire latch mechinism. it was an easy fix but a pain to find out what it was.
