I recently noticed on my truck that the spot where the right(passenger) front axle couples onto the main 4 wheel drive axle was wet with fluid. It hadn't been dripping, just wet. Although I did drive it yesterday a bit and looked after it was good and hot and it had dripped a couple times in the parking lot I parked in. It doesn't seem to be coming from the seal on the silver shaft, it seems to be coming from where the 2 "plates" couple together. The 4-wheel drive is engaging and disengaging ok. I have put some pics of the problem below. The pics aren't great but they give you the idea. So my questions are: 1. where is the fluid coming from? 2. Why is it leaking? 3. How soon do I need to address it?
Thanks for the info guys. Here are the pics:

update: I have been able to determine that the "leak" is water. I had that it was fluid, but I have been able to get my truck hot and look under it and see that it was water dripping onto it. I was thrown because the air conditioner had never dripped there before. I assume that is what is sausing it is just condensation dripping off of the cold air conditioning line.
