Help Needed Removing Panel Hinges
I have been trying to remove the plugs 
covering the nuts/bolts that hold the hinge to the back doors.

Anyone know how these are removed? Can't find it in the 56 repair manual or on the Internet

Tried a chisel and hammer but nothing's moving

I can't get to the back there's a plate between them and the outside door skin. I thought they were just caps but I've beat on them with a chisel and hammer and can't get them to move at all. I gotta believe Someone has had to remove the hinges before me. DR Smith says his PO cut them off

Yeah check out my hinges (post 1) the bolt is loose so I'm pretty sure hinge pins aren't gonna help I was going to take them off and see if someone could fix them. But I found out now it isn't an easy task
