I'm getting a clunk in the rear on right turns almost sounds like a loose drum. Especially if I hit any bumps in the road. It also does it if I have a lot of weight even when not turning. It has new shocks, springs and drums. I can't find anything loose and I've checked for play at the wheels. Is there something going on with the rearend?
to start with, i would pull off the rear wheels and drums, and inspect for any signs of abnormal movement, usually indicated by shiny spots worn into the metal.
as you're there, play with the axle shaft, it will be able to slide in-out a little bit due to its design, i would only be concerned about it if its more than 1/8" or so.
also check for excessive slack in the wheel bearings. they ride right on the axle shaft and sometimes wear into it pretty bad.
but before you tear any deeper into the axle, you should also check the shocks and other nearby parts to make sure that nothing there is causing your noise
Also check your spring Mounts. They tend to rot through and allow the spring to basically roll the shackle against the floorboard as the spring flexes.
