Need some buying advice
I found a smoking deal on a 1964 f100. Looking at it Sunday but need a little advice on this. It's a292 4speed truck with a long fleetside bed. Very straight, has title and runs. I know the stuff to look for on the motor and trans; Clutch slipping, grinding gears, smoke, rough idle, etc. Here is what I need to know. What are some common problem areas on these and are there any common problems with these that I need to know about? What parts of the body fore most prone to rust besides fender wells?

Straight axle front end with drum brakes = bump and steer ride, no disk brakes.
Rust = floor pans, front cab mounts (can see from underneath right where you'd think), back cab corners, open doors = inside lower front/back door pillars, bed floor.
