No the PSD oil cooler is about 1/4" longer. A gentleman on another board purchased one to install and found out the hard way (as he was trying to install it) then pulled the bundle back off and lined them up side by side, the PSD one was just a little longer. I'll see if I can find his pic of the two side by side.
