How do i remove the propshaft on E150

How do i remove the propshaft on E150
Hi i would like to remove my propshaft on my ford E150 1989 302 engine.I have removed the bolts on the rear axle end now do i just pull it off the gearbox end or is there somethink else i have to do to remove it.Thanks

I am assuming you are talking about the drive shaft. You may have to tap the yolk at the axle end to get it to release, then pull it out of the trans. Be ready with a catch pan under the tranny for fluids.
