Yeah, I assume the truck started life as a super cab and the conversion company stretched it to add the full rear doors

Actually, looking at the entire front end (look at the hood also), it looks like it started as an Excursion, and they put a bed on it with the extended cab. Interesting vehicle whichever way it started.
