Need help with multiple codes, 172 332 311

Need help with multiple codes, 172 332 311
now to solve 4 codes, 172 bank 1 o2 sensor not switching, 332 EGR insufficient flow, both KOEO, and 311 and 332 both KOER then she should be back to normal operation!!
Now I have been searching and I found the above info (from what I read) but not 100% sure what to start with or what the get looks like (but also aware of its existence) so what I'm wanting to know is how hard is it to get to and if that's the issue based on my codes, to me it sounds like its being blocked some how. The bank 1 I don't know what's being referred to there so any guidance would be appreciated, I'm guessing it involves the exhaust system some how but I don't want to mess things up trying to figure this one out!
