You could try to get OEM Parts here
Ford Parts - AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake Parts (previously Tousley Ford Parts)

Then find a updated egr cooler

you could just weld plugs in egr cooler for 25.00

and just get a Oil cooler from Bear River ford for 277.00 and select gaskets and not worrey about it anymore

Its Too Expensive a Vehicle to Flow coolant to cylinders

I purchased My Coolant from Napa for $14.99 a gallon. It's Zerex Brand Coolant. CAT EC-1 rated which is what you want.

Delo ELC was about $16 per gallon (concentrate). Plus its a pretty red color. Found mine at the local Chevron distributor.

Well I just ordered the parts from MKM. Probably won't have time to start tearing things down until Thursday, will definitely keep you informed of my progress. I really appreciate everyone's advice has helped a lot in the early stages of this project.
