Just bought an 88 F150 302 8 cylinder. Anyone have any idea about the gas mileage its supposed to get? By my calculations I'm only getting about 9 miles to the gallon. Thanks for taking the time.

Gas Mileage
I get between 13 and 15 on my 88 f150 supercab aod. Depends on driving conditions.
If you have two tanks, you will almost certainly have to fill them both, and make sure one doesn't overflow the other, in order to get an accurate measurement. See the numerous posts here about one tank feeding the other.
