Starter Bendix/hard start
On my 93 turbo diesel, I need the Bendix motor...don't need the whole starter as you can picture they are almost the size of a small VW...anyone know the part number? or who has them?
Second question, if the engine is warmed and just turned off for a bit what would make it hard to re-start (kept turning over and over and not firing)...if it was a gaser I would say dirty air cleaner or fouled plugs...but I heard my son cranking it like crazy a bit ago...it was warm (he just came back from a 30 mile trip)...ideas?
