Low rpm shutter

Hi 150 bros, im a 6.0 junkie so came here for some help. I have a friend of mine that has a very loud low rpm shutter that sounds like the transmission does not know what gear to go into the truck shutters , he steps on the gas and it clears up. He hasn't scanned codes yet (bush man)
No power issues or starting issues just light throttle shuttering as if driving over rumble strips. Any ideas or known issues you guys are familiar with. TIA

The dealer's electronics can read a whole lot more than a hand held autozone code reader. Probably the throttle body needs cleaning or something else simple.

Tony my old friend! Wish I could offer some help, but I don't have any suggestions. Come back and let us know when he finds what the problem is
