Help with carb ID

I have a 1979 F100 with the 351m engine mated to a C6 tranny. The carburator is a motorcraft 2150 with no tag on it. The only other #'s on it that I can see is 1.21 stamped on the side of the float bowl. Which only tells me that it draws at 351 cfm. Apparently the carb has been worked on in the past and whoever worked on it neglected to put the little tin tag back on the float bowl screw. My question is how do I order and install a rebuild kit for it if I don't have the specs for the carb? Is there any other way to identify it for the rebuild?

The info I have shows a couple of carb IDs for your truck ('79 F100, 351M, automatic): D9TE-ALB and D9TE-AMB.

Thanks Bubba, my Chilton's shows a long list of 2150's, but not the one's you have on your website. BTW your site looks great, looking forward to seeing the completion of your carb rebuilding section.
