Does anyone know what the button inside the door jam that releases the seatbelt is called exactly (or a part number for it). I tracked that down to the reason my passenger seatbelt won't retract. I opened the button up and the cable it broke off inside. I would like to not have to replace the whole seatbelt if possible. Thanks!

 

Edit: nevermind, you have an 89. I was gonna say OBS trucks don't have such a thing but I was thinking 92+ years.
Could you get one from the junkyard?
