Empty fuel bowl

Hey guys,
I have been having issues with my 95 cc lb srw 7.3 5speed as of late.
I though my GPR was going out, i would have to cycle the glow plugs 2-3 times or more in the morning to get the truck to fire. It would blow the typical white smoke from not burning up all of the fuel.
Saturday morning i thought the GPR finally gave up the ghost. I pulled the relay off of my dads old 97 that is sitting at my house and still only white smoke.
I bought a new GPR and finally i got something my truck rumbled and grumbled for 4-5 seconds then died.

I did a lot of cranking and cycling of glow plugs but nothing was happening. I decided to take the fuel bowl cap off to check if it was full or not.
My fuel bowl was 1/3 to 1/2 way full and now it seems that there is a possibility that the lift pump is shot. I find it a weird coincidence for the lift pump to burn up at the same time as the GRP.

Something is telling me that maybe its an electrical issue, all the fuses and relays checked out. wires underhood are tight.

Do you fellas have any suggestions?

Have you checked valve cover connections for burned pins, under cover harnesses or glow plugs? I have a feeling you have more wrong than JUST A relay.

When you pull the filter its only going to have about a half bowl of fuel. When you put it back the fuel should rise to the top.

Don't bother "cycling" the key. The glow plugs stay on long after the WTS light goes out.
