interior questions

I know that the Lariat and the King Ranch have the center console shifter and the nicer interior but are those the only ones that have the large center console and is it in both the super cab and the crew cab? I'm looking around to buy a 2004-2008 F150 and really like the interior of my wife's Lariat.

You can only get KR in a SuperCrew.
The FX4, Lariat and KR all have a flow thru console with floor shifter.

I've been browsing online lately for a 2004-08 F150 and noticed something I'm confused about, the FX4 and Lariat do not necessarily have the flow thru center console? Some have the jump seat with the fold down back, please explain this to me.

The center console was just an option in the Lariat. Not positive it was standard with the KR. I opted for the fold-down bench as something about the bucket seats did not suit my behind so well.
