5.0 6.2 and 3.5 all in the family!
so at my work the owners of the company have f-150s. one is a 2011 6.2 lariat limited 4x4. the other is a 2011 5.0 platinum 4x4. last week we just leased a new outside sales truck which is a 2013 xlt 3.5 ecoboost 4x4. today they happened to all be parked next to each other so i had to grab a pic. we are a diverse company

so a little update.
the eco boost now has 2k miles on it, mostly highway since the sales guy commutes 150 miles just to and from work not including running around town.
the 5.0 has 9k on it and the 6.2 has 8k on it. both of these are driven all in town...no real highway.
the current MPG numbers on the dash read out's that have not been reset since new.
3.5 = 17.7 mpg
5.0 = 15.8 mpg
6.2 = 12.7 mpg

all three drivers (each is only driven by one person) are very conservative drivers. Every time i have rode with them i wanted to reach over and mash the gas because it was nauseatingly slow!
I personally thought the numbers were pretty damn good myself! except maybe the 3.5 but its still brand new and needs to break in.
the 2 V8s are strictly driven in town. I know our driving terrain has alot to do with low MPG. We have high speed limits in town(45-65mph), lots of stop lights, lots of hills..ect so all of those things do not add up for good MPG.
