Front Ride Height?
I'm looking to order a new super duty. I would like as good of a ride as possible but I also want it to sit right. The snow plow pkg seems to be the cheapest way to get likely the stiffest available front springs and add a little height to the front probably about an inch. Then there's the heavy service pkg which looks to be basically the same but you pay more. It says with this pkg a 1 up upgrade above computer selected springs which on a diesel is likely the same front spring as the snow plow one at 6000 or 5940 lbs or whatever. I know this is the diesel section but it seems to get the most traffic. I'm wanting a gas version. From what I've read and believe to be true is that the standard front spring on the gas version is much lighter than the diesel one at about 4800 lbs. I think if I order the snow plow pkg it would upgrade to 6000 which would be way too stiff. If I did heavy service instead would it only go to 5200? And if what I think is true would it add any height to the front at all?
How hard would it be and what would be involved in just getting the softest spring and raising the front 1 inch so I could have the best of both worlds? Would that be too expensive or difficult or what should I do?

x2. Get the ride you want and just add a 1" or 1.5" spring spacer. $150 upgrade or less.
