electronic shift modules woes (transfer case)
I have an 89 Bronco, AOD and electronic shift transfer case. The relay's on my control module are going bad. Dealer has the control module in stock, but for $400.00!!! Would like to hear from anyone who has had a similar problem and what they did to resolve it, short of replacing the transfer case with a manual shift unit. Thanks!

If you search this forum, there are a few links that explain how to test / repair them as well as testing and repair of the control module behind your passenger side kick panel.
