hops when backing up

why would my truck (2wd zf6) do that, with a light trailer load..(2 seadoos). Inching it back, it bounces/hops and bucks the truck. Would it have anything to do with, the gears in the rearend, seen better days?

Mine does this but it's spinning the tires. I think I'm giving it light throttle but I guess it's just so torquey?

Could be limited slip diff sticking. How does it act with just truck in reverse? Service rear end and add friction modifier

petro...works fine with no load/trailer. I did the fluid about 25k ago. When i was in there, i noticed the teeth were damaged..
