AOD Swap

Got an '89 with a trashed AOD with electronic (push button) shift transfer case. I've got an '88 donor with maual shift T/C. I'd rather have a manual shift anyway....any issues with the swap? Both are 302 engines.

and the 89 doesnt have push button over drive on the dash correct??

if not its a strait over swap, your floor will have a removable plate under the carpet for the shifter to come up thru.
