Oil press sender location

Can anyone tell me where the oil pressure sending unit is located on the 6.0 engine....... the one for the factory dash indicator. I don't really think it's a gauge... more likea an idiot light with a pointer ?

Also is the sender a male thread 1/8" NPT ?

I'd like to tee into this location and add an actual oil pressure gauge.

TIA

The sender is located in the oil cooler cover just behind the filter houseing, it hs one wire and is a metric thread of some sort almost an acme thread not npt.

Pipe or straight ?

Thanks for the info.
So it's a metric thread !
Any idea if it's a tapered pipe thread, or a straight thread sealed with a washer or o-ring ?
I guess I'll need some kind of crazy threaded adapter to tee into that ! !
Any ideas of where to get such a thing ?

There is a test port on the front bottom of the filter houseing that may be a better place to tee in. Has a 12mm metric thread and most hydraulic shops carry a metric to npt adapter that will fit it. As far as the sender it is a straight thread more like a bolt but different pitch.
