We have a few new officers on my shift, and we dont use a program anymore.

The officers yes. They are brand new so are still being trained. Will have to see if they stay or not. As for the program we stopped using we replaced it with a different one last month.

Not the officers Steve. I would only have to train them if they wanted to be cross trained as a dispatcher. They work out in the field as patrol officers. I would be responsible for training any new dispatcher on my shift.

Well I guess it can't be too bad then.. We are supposed to get 3 new people out in the garden center, Can't understand why they didn't keep 3 of the ones we trained through the 100 days of H E double L..

I know how that is Steve. We had 2 officers quit last year and one went to another shift. They hired 3 people to replace them on my shift. All three quit. One decided to enjoy retirement for a little longer, one went back to college, and the last one to leave was hired somewhere else.
