TGIF! The weekend is finally upon us, so enjoy every minute of it.

Morning to all. I hope you are having a great weekend.
We took out dog Fred to the big dog park today for the first time. Once he got over his nerves he had a blast.
He has been an only dog for almost a year now. We are finally to the point where we are looking to get another dog. We figured we better start socializing him so it is an easy transition.
the family has decided to look for a Husky from rescues and shelters. If anyone in the Vegas area knows of any, please let me know.

Okie Dokie, we went looking for a Husky and brought home a Shepard mix. His name is Barkley and is a year to 1.5 old. We currently have him on forster from the rescue but think he will make a great addition to the family. I will get some better pics once he settle in and learns to sit still.

Happy Monday!
I hope you ad a safe & enjoyable weekend. I know I did!
I'll have to post some of the pictures from the Silver Dollar Classic Cars Show/Poker Run this weekend in Carson City. We had 197 cars register this year & it was a blast! Did anyone come to the car show?
Saturday night they had a Sock Hop at the Carson City Nugget Ballroom & everyone was dressed up in 50's attire. I had so much fun. I can't wait until next year!
Sunday morning we did the judging after the Poker Run & then gave the awards out around 2 pm. It was a fun event for everyone!
Now, I'm pooped & sunburnt! LOL! Time to relax & have a beer.
