Not bad. Spent a lot of time repairing the mower today. The piece they call the lower dash, sort of where a fire wall would be on a car, well any way, several of the mounting tabs that hold it to the frame were broken of. This involved tearing too much apart and welding up what was cracked and beefing it up in general. Took too long but it sure is better than it was! then I got to mow for awhile! At least a took a nice ride in the '66 after it all with the war dept. and got us each one of those $0.50 cones at Burger King!

George, Shame you didn't tell me you were in waterloo, could have used some knowledge!
We were in waterloo all day today. My buddy's stang finally wouldn't move, so I had to tow it to waterloo to work on it. We got the old tranny out, got the new one in, filled with fluid and it STILL WON'T GO!
He and his dad drove all the way to OHIO to get this tranny. We replaced the tranny and the converter.
Anyone know where to start? It's a A4LD behind a 2.3L I'm going to try adjusting the bands tomorrow just for kicks. It won't go no matter what gear you have it in, but it will "lock" in park. It sounds/feels like it's engaging (rpm change), but it just won't move.
