Well folks, I was almost ok.
The ticket for the trans was dated 08/11/ 2010. She's still under warranty!!!!
So, I called to make a report, and my day turns back into chit
I don't have the mileage written down when the trans went in.
I do however have a md inspection ticket with the mileage on it dated 04 /10/2010.
I have put 13,000 miles on the truck since I've owned it. Ya'll know I don't drive anymore.
This could turn into a real battle......
I wonder if I'll get barred from another Ford dealership?

Howdy Charlie... sounds like it will be hard for them to deny you. Why didn't they record the mileage when they put the tranny in? Ford tracked everything on my 2007 500 and the 2011 Milan I owned.

I have to wait until Monday, they are going to go up to accounting dept, and pull the original ticket. They think it's there.
