Authorized Modification Sticker Code

Just bought a 2005 Excursion 4x4 6.0, found a sticker that says Ford Authorized Modifications and can't locate any info for the code listed.
05E16 547A-DRA Dealer code 07923 Date 2-3-06.

Watched my 2000 F250 7.3 burn to the ground about 3 months ago and this is the replacement. I miss my 7.3 but am enjoying learning the 6.0.

I'd appreciate any help you all could provide with this code!

2004-2006 Vehicle Computer Reprogramming Recalls 05E16 and 05B35:
Under 05E16, certain 2005/06 E350's built from 3-4-05 through 8-7-05, 2005 Excursions built from 1-19-05 through 9-30-05, and 2005/06 F250/350's built from 1-19-05 through 7-31-05, as well as trucks reprogrammed under 05E15 with WDS version B36.10 through 38.8 between 7-5-05 and 7-18-05(prior to suspension of the recall in July, 2005), will have their computer's reprogrammed due to the programming information being incomplete. Additionally, certain E350/450's built between 3-4-05 and 8-7-05, and F250/350/450/550's built between 1-19-05 and 7-31-05 will be recalled for reprogramming under 05B35. There is no time limit on 05E16, however, 05B35 is only in affect until 1-7-07.

Probably the ignition wiring harness. Was towing a trailer out to a hunt camp and got stuck in the sugar sand, truck stalled. Unhooked trailer, came back later, changed the ignition fuse. Truck started right up and the smoke started pouring out from under the dash. Tried everything to kill the truck but it wouldn't turn off, couldn't even suffocate it. The fire spread and burned about 10 acres before the FD showed up.

Tough watching my baby burn to nothing, especially since I'm a firefighter...adds insult to injury. I bought her brand new and had blood sweat, tears and $$$ in.

Loving the Excursion, my kids love it and I'm already obsessing about what I want to do first.
