First Ford
So I am the new guy, one of the ones anyways, normally a forum lurker scan get info post once in a while type, mostly when i have a question or an answer.
I bought my first ford
not too long ago(About a week or two atm) a 1992 F350 CrewCab w/351w E4OD and 2WD, I really want a 4wd, and may convert this one at some future date. 230k on it, bought for 1k because it has a tranny issue.
Currently going through a tech school and hoping to fix this one fast so i can sell my 05 Malibu and move on to another truck/suv.
I am not looking for help through this post,
but for those in the wonder, the E4OD, works when O/D is off, with O/D on I have R-(manual) 1 and 2, and if I drive with O/D off, then up to an appropriate speed in 3rd I can Turn on the O/D and it will go into O/D however if the gas pedal is pushed to cause a downshift it just goes to neutral but will go back into O/d. Already done some testing and fiddling around......will post a actually "help Me?!?!???
