Ac venting problem

My ac vent gets stuck somewhere and when it is stuck it barely blows air out. Then all of a sudden a small click noise and it opens up more and then blows sufficient air. Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this. Thanks

Hard plastic Vacuum lines under the hood, the vents are controlled by vacuum.

also, you may have crap in the ducts blocking the blend doors from opening properly.

I read this and this seems to be a common problem The Last Resort Ford Blend Door Fix.
However the culprit was a hole in the vacuum line going to the actuator. I will however check the blend door also.
