Coolant Additive test
The part numbers were:
328-071ELC 10 Test Strips
328-2050 4 Foil Strips with Instruction Key
The part numbers within the item description of the above items matched the Rotunda numbers given in the supplement.
Total was about 70 bucks with shipping and tax.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the above information.
I was able to confirm the information on the test strips for Acustrip test 328-071ELC (Rotundra 328-00008), but was not able to confirm an additional test required based upon the 2011 Diesel care and tips 1 edition document. Can you enlighten us on that? BTW, I am not questioning your information, just curious where it came from. Thanks.
Here is the information I have available:
The coolant concentration should be maintained at 50/50 mix of Motorcraft® Specialty Orange Engine Coolant VC-3-B (U.S.) / CVC-3-B
(Can.) or specification number WSS-M97B44-D and distilled water. The level of coolant should be maintained at the "COLD FILL" range
in the coolant reservoir. If you suspect any coolant system leaks or lack of cooling, pressure test the cooling system. Refer to your Owner
Guide for additional information.
Engine coolant system strength (carboxylates) should be checked and serviced at the mileage or equivalent hour intervals specified by the
vehicle's message center and maintenance schedule. Check coolant strength using the Rotunda Antifreeze Test Strip kit to determine if
additive is required (Rotunda Antifreeze Coolant ELC Contamination Kit# 328-00008). If the carboxylate strength is too low add one bottle
of Motorcraft® Specialty Orange Engine Coolant Revitalizer , VC-12 or equivalent. The coolant can be recharged with this additive up to
two times before the cooling system must be flushed and refilled – Do not add Supplemental Coolant Additive if flush & refill is required.

I had my check coolant message come on 2 days ago. I cleared the message but thought I should check it out, just in case. Went to the dealership this morning and told the service manager my message came on, I cleared it, and am about 4,000 kms away from the next oil change, and gas filter change. I asked him if it needs to be checked? My truck was parked outside in the lot. He said just a sec, he would check it. Came out with a test kit, filled the little cup with coolant, put the test strip in and said you are okay bud. I asked if there was a charge and he just said nah. Now that is good consumer service and means a lot to me b/c I hear those test kits cost some money. Thought I would pass on the good deed. PS. they were busy too!
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Two coolant systems = At least two samples with a test each.
Our trucks use two different test strips, The standard strip that test for Nitrates and Freeze protection and the second test strip that test for Contamination protection. This is a new test that none of the previous generation of Powerstroke engines used. In addition to the test strips, Your test kit has two different color vials. One has a orange cap and one has a green cap. You use the appropriate vial depending on the coolant color.
So they should really use 4 test strips. Two strips of each kind. And the latter test strip should be dipped into the appropriate vial.
Besides the instructions to pull the coolant from the pet***** instead of the degas bottle, Somewhere I read it say to not test HOT coolant. But rather let it cool down to ambient temps. Now I have to go find that instruction.

You may be correct and sounds like you know what you are talking about. The service manager took the sample from the top tank reservoir. Siphoned it out with a elliptical bulb that he squeezed after dipping the plastic hose into the coolant. He checked the strip to a coloured chart to see where the reading was. I believe it was the PH reading he was doing,..not sure. So I think I he was checking the PH level and rust but not the freeze or heat protection. Coolant had a good colour to it and in my mind looked like it should. I had already reset the message centre to get rid of the check coolant message. I go back in for oil and gas filter in about 3,500 kms, which probably won't take me long to get there.
