how do I tell what clutch my 59 has with out removing it

 

Don't think you can, sorry to say. I'm sure to be corrected(and educated) if wrong.

 

Never know what's there unless you measure. Don't ask how I know.

 

can I measure it will still in the truck?

 

Remove the inspection cover and take look.

 

It's difficult to help people when they provide no info other than the year/series.

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent info.

What size is the engine? Which transmission does it have: 3 M/T, 3 M/T with Overdrive or 4 M/T?

 

good point, its a 1959 F100 with a 272 and a three speed column shift

 

1957/62 F100/250 272/292 as original: 10 1/2" or 11" clutch.
