starters/water

04-6.0 oil not milky ,add water every day , have water drip from muffler , have gone thru 4 starters in 1 mo.starters hit hard, and white smoke in idle, can i have water in cylinder

egr cooler leak, maybe head gaskets, stop banging it or you'll be buying a new engine.

Yes you can have water in the cylinder, pull the EGR valve and see if you have moisture in the intake. You probably have a failing EGR cooler.
