I was told to wiggle the plug by a helpful person on this forum and it didn't do anything. The other day I did it again and it made the truck almost shut off, then jump to high idle, then shut off. I have a pigtail here. Should i replace it?

If wiggling the harness caused the engine to run erratically then I would fix or replace the wiring.
What does the old connector look like? If you've got a spare pigtail, there's no harm in changing it. Make sure you didn't lose the little rubber seal on the end of the plug. If you did, just take the one off the new pigtail, stick it on the old connector (if it looks good) and do the wiggle test again.
Just so I know if I understand correctly... A properly working icp sensor when the truck is running and icp is unplugged the truck should sputter and catch itself, correct? Sorry for the hijack.
When i wiggle it, the only time it happens is when i press it to the side. When I push it straight down it is perfectly fine. Oddly enough, when the truck shut off I was going around a bumpy turn.
