Anybody figure out what it is that fixes this and secondly causes it?? Very strange to me that within a week of oil changes that everybody has this issue. Does it just go away? Do the phasers or sensor or chain need looked at or replaced? Just did the oil myself as always used Motorcraft 5w20 and filter. Thanks

All I can say is drive it for a day or two and see if the issue goes away.
