Oil Life
I have only driven my 99 Expedition about 600 mile in about 7 months. I did drive the Expedtion every weekend this summer about 5 to 10 miles going to and from the boat ramp. Should I change the oil because of its age or not?
I use Valiolines Syn-blend.
The truck is a 99 Expedition with the 5.4 and it has 109,000 mile.

If money/time is tight, I would go out and drive the thing for hour or so. Get everything up to temp to burn off any condensation in the engine's oil. This will also get all the moving parts in the drivetrain a good lube from whatever lubricant lubricates them.
