Bank one running lean code

Well This code did not come on until I filled up my truck but before I filled it up I was running really low on fuel for a few days I had to wait till payday to fill up, so is ideas?

Possabity of pluged fuel injector. Run some fuel injector cleaner won't hurt it.

It isn't lean, it's actually running rich now.

Usual fault is a vacuum leak.
