My brother recently picked up an 89 F-250 Lariat Extended Cab at auction and gave it to me as a truck to deal with chores on our property. I started doing some research on the truck for various things and a huge number of the searches landed right here on FTE so I figured I'd better join.
Because he's an awesome dude, my brother has done some significant work on the truck before sending it over to me, including a full rebuild of the 460 motor and repainting the entire truck. What started out as a beater truck I would haul stuff in occasionally has become an interesting project truck that I'm really excited about!
I've already learned a lot from these forums the last few weeks as I've lurked around and I'm looking forward to adding to the community. From everything I've seen it appears you folks have built up a really nice place here.

Welcome David. Nice ride. Those Super Cabs run in the Family. Son has an 89 F250 460, I've got an 86 351 and a 87 466. Both F250s.
