What are you guy's/ Gal's using for bushings? The rubber pad or block wood?
This would be what is between the bed and frame. Where did you get them and who carries these?
schoo's F250 is a Flareside. Ford used wood blocks, but I wouldn't recommend using wood, as it absorbs moisture that is transmitted to the bed and cross members.

The bed had no rubber between it and the frame. Nor did the style side use wood blocks. The cross members are stamped and formed in a u shape with a mounting plate and oval steel gusset for the bolt to pass through
Flair sides had wood inserts.
Unis had a combination of wood and thin reinforced rubber.
