98 navigator no power

98 navigator no power
I was changing the plugs from the passanger side of engine and the ratchet accidently bumped the power dist box mounted on the firewall in which the connections are exposed so it sparked and killed all power. Theres a fuse coming out of one of the cables from that dist. Box and it was burnt, I replaced but still no power. I checked all fuses in both fuse boxes and all have continuity. The issue is theres no power to the car. Battery also checked good. suggestions??

My neighbor helped me with a multimeter. We checked the continuity on the cables on that box mounted on the firewall...there are some fuses and one of them was out...apparently the true name for these are...in line fuses.....the one on top blew...replaces very easily only costs 5 bucks
and low and behold we have power.
