Getting Power To Add On Electronics

Hey, i have been adding on afew different power options on my 98 reg cab 2.5l ranger. I have been taking power from one of the fuses on the inside by attaching the wire to the fuse and just pluging it back in. is this bad? is there a better place to draw power from. any help is appreciated.

It really would depend on how much power you are drawing. If it's only a small amount you should be ok, if not run a new PROTECTED circuit with the proper gauge wire for the load.

Either there or you might be able to do something at the power distribution box. Just make sure you have a fuse in the line.
